How we handle your data.
Plain language, because that's how we do everything else. Two things to cover: this website, and the devices you hand us.
This website
We use two common measurement tools: Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. They count anonymous things — which pages get visited, roughly where visitors are from, and whether someone taps our Call or Text buttons. That tells us what's useful on the site, and if we ever run Facebook ads, it tells us whether they actually helped anyone reach us.
- We don't sell your data. To anyone, ever.
- The Request a Repair form collects your name, phone, and (optionally) email for exactly one purpose: opening your repair ticket in our shop system and contacting you about it. It also reports the request to our measurement tools in hashed form so ads, if we ever run them, can be measured honestly.
- These tools use cookies. If you block them with a browser setting or ad blocker, the site works exactly the same.
Your device, when you bring it in
We're not interested in your photos, messages, or accounts. Plenty of repairs don't need your passcode at all — and when one does, we'll tell you why before we ask. What's on your device stays on your device.
